Doug Benson is an American actor and comedian. He was born on 2 July 1962 in San Diego, California.

Benson has appeared in small roles in films and television series including *Blade Runner* (1982), *Friends* (1994) as Tom, *How I Met Your Mother* (2005) and *Curb Your Enthusiasm* (2000). He provided the voice of Bane in *The Lego Batman Movie* (2017) and voiced characters in *Bob's Burgers* (2011). He is also known for the documentary *Super High Me* (2007) and hosting the podcast *Doug Loves Movies*.
