Doug Kershaw is an American fiddle player, singer and songwriter from Louisiana. Born on 24 January 1936 in Cameron Parish, he began performing in the late 1940s and later appeared in several films and television productions.

He is credited as the Fiddler in the 1978 film *Days of Heaven* and played The Fiddler in *Zachariah* (1971). Kershaw has also contributed to soundtracks, including for *Night of the Comet* (1984). He was inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame in 2009.
