Douglas Fairbanks Jr. (also credited as Douglas Elton Fairbanks Jr.) was an American actor and producer. The son of silent film star Douglas Fairbanks and stepson of Mary Pickford, he began his film career as a child and appeared in early sound films including *Little Caesar* (1931) as Joe Massara.

He is known for roles in *The Prisoner of Zenda* (1937), *Gunga Din* (1939), *Morning Glory* (1933) and *Sinbad the Sailor* (1947). During the Second World War he served as a United States Navy officer, receiving decorations from several nations including an honorary knighthood from the United Kingdom. He also appeared in television series such as *The Love Boat* (1977) and *Ghost Story* (1981).
