Douglas McFerran is an English actor and writer. He was born in 1958 in Luton, Bedfordshire.

His acting credits include the role of Russell in the film *Sliding Doors* (1998), Bob Shrot in *Antitrust* (2001), and Klaus Vendetta in *Johnny English* (2003). He has appeared in numerous British television series, among them *Emmerdale*, *The Bill*, *London's Burning* and *Birds of a Feather*.

McFerran has also written, directed and produced a small number of television programmes and films, including writing the 2003 film *Photo Finish*.
