Douglas Spencer (born William Henry Mesenkop) was an American actor. He appeared in dozens of films from the mid-1930s, often in uncredited or supporting roles, and worked as a stand-in for Ray Milland.

His credits include Lou Schwartz (uncredited) in *Double Indemnity* (1944), a hospital patient in *The Lost Weekend* (1945), Ned 'Scotty' Scott in *The Thing from Another World* (1951), Axel 'Swede' Shipstead in *Shane* (1953), Kraler in *The Diary of Anne Frank* (1959), and a Martian in the *Twilight Zone* episode 'Mr. Dingle, the Strong' (1961).
