Dudley Manlove (1914–1996) was an American actor and radio announcer. Born in Alameda County, California, he began performing as a child and worked as a radio announcer, including on the San Francisco-based series *Candy Matson, YUkon 2-8209*.

Manlove is best known for playing the alien Eros in Ed Wood's *Plan 9 from Outer Space* (1957). His other film credits include *The Creation of the Humanoids* (1962) and narration for the short *Final Curtain* (1957). He made guest appearances in television series such as *Alfred Hitchcock Presents* (1958–1960) and *Dragnet* (1957–1959).
