E.E. Bell is an American actor born on 27 December 1955. He is credited under several variations of his name, including Edward Earle Bell.

He is best known for his recurring role as Bob Rooney in the sitcom *Married... with Children* (1993–1997) and as Barney the security guard in *The Amanda Show* (2000–2002). His film credits include the Piano Player in *The Ballad of Buster Scruggs* (2018), a bartender in *Hail, Caesar!* (2016), a reporter in *Air Force One* (1997), Cecil the Barker in *Water for Elephants* (2011), and Wilbur in *Babylon* (2022).

Bell has appeared in numerous television series, including *How I Met Your Mother*, *The Mentalist*, *House*, *Bones* and *Glee*. He is a member of the Irish-American folk band The Whooligans.
