Earl E. Lawrence was an American film composer active from the early 1940s to the late 1950s.

He received music credits on several films, including *Two Latins from Manhattan* (1941), *Dangerous Blondes* (1943), *Throw a Saddle on a Star* (1946) and *Joe Butterfly* (1957). He contributed to the score of *The Incredible Shrinking Man* (1957), alongside Irving Gertz, Hans J. Salter and Herman Stein; the main theme was written with Foster Carling.
