Ed Crowley (1926–2013) was an American actor. He was born in Lewiston, Maine, and died in Asheville, North Carolina. He appeared in five films directed by Sidney Lumet: *Serpico* (1973), *Network* (1976), *Garbo Talks* (1984), *Running on Empty* (1988) and *Family Business* (1989).

His film roles included Barto in *Serpico*, Joe Donnelly in *Network*, the Ordinance Man in *Three Days of the Condor* (1975), the Sheriff in *Witness* (1985) and Mr Phillips in *Running on Empty*. He also worked in television, with appearances in series such as *Kojak* and *Ryan's Hope*. Crowley had a stage career that included Broadway roles in *Make a Million* (1958) and *The Family Way* (1965), as well as the original Off-Broadway production of *Hair* (1967). He was married to Ruth Baker.
