Ed Hapstak is an actor. He appeared as Sanford and an Angry Mourner in *Clerks* (1994) and as Guy Contestant #2 in *Mallrats* (1995). He also worked on the production of *Clerks* as a gaffer and lighting assistant, and featured as himself in the 2004 documentary *Snowball Effect: The Story of Clerks*.

Hapstak is the brother of actor Dan Hapstak.
