## Biography

Ed Solomon is an American screenwriter. He wrote the screenplays for *No Sudden Move* (2021) and *The Christophers* (2026), both directed by Steven Soderbergh.

Born on 15 September 1960 in Saratoga, California, Solomon studied economics at UCLA. While still a student he became a staff writer on the sitcom *Laverne & Shirley*, and later wrote for *It's Garry Shandling's Show*. With Chris Matheson he created and co-wrote the *Bill & Ted* films, beginning with *Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure* (1989). His other credits include *Men in Black* (1997), *Charlie's Angels* (2000) and the *Now You See Me* films.

Solomon has collaborated repeatedly with Soderbergh, including on the series *Mosaic* and *Full Circle*.
