## Biography

Ed Van Nuys is an American actor. He appeared on Broadway in the original production of *No Place to Be Somebody* (1969–1970 and 1971 revival) as Judge Bolton and in *Nuts* (1980) as Judge Murdoch.

His screen credits include the role of Nails in Steven Spielberg's *Always* (1989), Judge in *Street Smart* (1987), Charles Whiting in *Power* (1986), and Dean Rusk in the television miniseries *Kennedy* (1983). He has also appeared in *Don't Drink the Water* (1994), *Silent Madness* (1984) and *Unfaithfully Yours* (1984).
