## Biography

Ed Verreaux is a production designer and former illustrator. He began his film career working for animation director Chuck Jones and contributed illustrations to films including *Raiders of the Lost Ark* (1981). He later served as art director on projects such as *Casper* (1995).

As production designer his credits include *Contact* (1997), *Mission to Mars* (2000), *Jurassic Park III* (2001), *Starsky & Hutch* (2004), *X-Men: The Last Stand* (2006), *Monster House* (2006), *G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra* (2009), *Looper* (2012), *The Giver* (2014) and *Jurassic World* (2015). He has also worked on the television series *Billions* (2018).

In 2018 the Art Directors Guild honoured him with a lifetime achievement award.
