Edy Debray, also credited as Eddy Debray, was a French actor. He was born on 19 December 1880 in Nantes, Loire-Atlantique, and died on 14 April 1974 in Beaumont-les-Autels, Eure-et-Loir.

Debray appeared in supporting roles in several French films of the 1930s and 1950s. He played Corneille, the majordome, in Jean Renoir's *The Rules of the Game* (1939). Other credits include an uncredited role as Captain in Max Ophüls's *Lola Montès* (1955) and a voice role as Badger in *The Tale of the Fox* (1937).

Earlier in his career, he was a leading actor at the Théâtre des Arts in Rouen, where he played Arsène Lupin and the Duke of Charmerace in a 1909–1910 production of Maurice Leblanc and Francis de Croisset's play.
