Edie Martin was a British actress. Born Edith Emma Martin on 1 January 1880 in London, she began her stage career at the age of six in 1886 and appeared in numerous small parts throughout her career. She was married to the actor Felix W. Pitt.

Martin made her film debut in 1931 and became a frequent presence in British cinema, often in uncredited roles. She appeared regularly in Ealing comedies, including *The Lavender Hill Mob* (1951) as Miss Evesham, *The Man in the White Suit* (1951) as Mrs Watson, *The Titfield Thunderbolt* (1953) as Emily, and *The Ladykillers* (1955) as Lettice. Other notable credits include *Great Expectations* (1946) as Mrs Whimple and *Oliver Twist* (1948) as Annie. She continued working in film and television until 1963 and died in London on 22 February 1964.
