Edward Biby (1886–1952) was an American actor and assistant director. Born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, he began working in Hollywood in the mid-1910s.

Biby served as assistant director on the shorts *Her Marble Heart* (1916) and *A Love Riot* (1916). He appeared in many uncredited bit parts, including the Orphan Asylum Driver in *The Kid* (1921), a nightclub patron in *City Lights* (1931), a foreign diplomat in *Mr. Smith Goes to Washington* (1939), a gambler in *Gilda* (1946) and a restaurant patron in *Sunset Boulevard* (1950). He also worked as a casting director and publicity agent.
