Edward Bursch is an American film editor. Born on 30 January 1987 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, he began working with director Wes Anderson as a production intern on *Fantastic Mr. Fox* (2009) and later served as animatic editor on *Moonrise Kingdom* (2012), *The Grand Budapest Hotel* (2014), *The French Dispatch* (2021) and *Asteroid City* (2023).

Bursch received a full editor credit on the stop-motion feature *Isle of Dogs* (2018), shared with Ralph Foster and Andrew Weisblum. He has also edited the shorts *Cousin Ben Troop Screening* (2012) and *Do You Like to Read?* (2012), and contributed additional editing to *The Phoenician Scheme* (2025). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Cinema, Photography and Media Arts from Ithaca College.
