## Biography

Edward Thomas is a Welsh production designer, also credited as Ed Thomas. He served as production designer on the revived *Doctor Who* series from 2005 to 2010, contributing to the look of the TARDIS and other key sets across series 1 to 5, as well as on the spin-off *Torchwood*.

His feature film credits include *Escape Room* (2019), *Resident Evil: The Final Chapter* (2016), *Monster Hunter* (2020), *Escape Room: Tournament of Champions* (2021) and *The Last Voyage of the Demeter* (2023). He has also worked on series such as *Da Vinci's Demons* and *Who Is Erin Carter?* (2023).

Thomas has received BAFTA Cymru nominations and awards for his design work on *Doctor Who*.
