Eleanor Behm (1909–1990) was an American costume designer. She was born in New York City on 31 December 1909 and died there on 7 July 1990. She was married to a man surnamed Techow.

Behm worked on a number of Hollywood films in the 1940s. Her credits include costume design on *The Ghost and Mrs. Muir* (1947), *It Shouldn't Happen to a Dog* (1946) and *I've Always Loved You* (1946). She also contributed to the wardrobe department on *Hangmen Also Die!* (1943). Earlier in her career she had credits on German-language films, sometimes listed as Eleanor Behm-Techow.
