Eli Russell Linnetz is an American actor and voice actor. Born on 25 November 1990 in California, he began his career as a child performer.

He is known for voicing Tipo in the Disney animated film *The Emperor's New Groove* (2000) and its follow-up *Kronk's New Groove* (2005). His other credits include the role of Ted Shayotovich in an episode of the television series *ER* (2001) and appearances in *Tortilla Soup* (2001) and *101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure* (2003).

Linnetz attended the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, where he studied screenwriting. He has also worked as a director and later established a career in fashion design.
