Elia Saldana, also credited as Ella Saldana North or Ella North, is an actress working in film, television and theatre.

She holds a BA in Theatre from the University of California, San Diego, and trained at Upright Citizens Brigade and The Groundlings. Her screen credits include the role of Fan #2 in *Jane the Virgin* (2015), Marla Golden in *Criminal Minds* (2013), Maid in *9-1-1* (2024), and voice work as Cecilia in *The Cleveland Show* (2012–2013) and Ms Clawtez in *Pretzel and the Puppies* (2022–2023). Film appearances include Jesse in *Street Level* (2015) and Immigrant in *Flesh and Sand* (2017).

Stage work includes productions at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Goodman Theatre, Arena Stage and South Coast Repertory. She received an Ovation Award nomination for Best Actress for *Family Planning* and won Best Actress at the Nosotros American Latino Film Festival for *Echoes*.
