Elijah Aron is an American television writer and producer. He began his career writing for the series *Black Scorpion* (2001) and worked as a development executive at Disney Television Animation before joining the staff of *Drawn Together* (2004–2007).

His subsequent credits include writing episodes of *It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia* (2005), *Better Off Ted* (2009–2010, also story editor), and all four seasons of *Raising Hope* (2010–2014). He spent five years as a writer and co-executive producer on *BoJack Horseman* (2015–2019), co-writing the episode "Fish Out of Water".

Aron later served as co-executive producer on *Undone* (2019–2022), winning a Writers Guild of America Award for the episode "Rectify". He received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Animated Program for the *BoJack Horseman* episode "Free Churro" (2019). Other credits include *Son of Zorn* (2016) and *Velma* (2023).
