Elisabeth J. Finch is an American television writer. She began her career as a writer's assistant on *True Blood* in 2008 and was later promoted to writer. She wrote episodes for *No Ordinary Family* and *The Vampire Diaries* (2012–2014) before joining *Grey's Anatomy* in 2015 as a writer and producer.

Finch wrote 13 episodes of *Grey's Anatomy* and produced 172 episodes until resigning in March 2022. She had previously published essays, including a 2014 piece in *Elle* about a reported chondrosarcoma diagnosis. An investigation into fabricated elements of her personal and medical history prompted her departure from the series.
