Elisabeth Mortensen (1948–2026) was a Norwegian actress. Her early screen work included the role of Girl Passenger in the 1977 film *Julia*.

She appeared in several French productions, including *Paradis pour tous* (1982) as Christiane, *Joy* (1983), *Papirfuglen* (1984) as Helen Stousland, and the miniseries *Sins* (1986) as Frau Eiderfeld. Later credits include the Norwegian series *Astrid & Raphaëlle* (2020–2025) as Mathilde Nielsen and *Hotel Cæsar* (2003).
