Elise Neal is an American actress. She was born on 14 March 1966 in Memphis, Tennessee. She graduated from Overton High School for the Creative and Performing Arts and attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia before moving to New York City to work in musical theatre.

Neal began her screen career with a role in *Malcolm X* (1992). She appeared in several films in 1997, including *Rosewood*, *Money Talks* and *Scream 2*. Later credits include *Mission to Mars* (2000), *Hustle & Flow* (2005) and *Logan* (2017), in which she played Kathryn Munson. On television she had regular roles in *The Hughleys* (1998–2002) and *All of Us* (2003–2005).

She received NAACP Image Award nominations for her work in *The Hughleys* and *Hustle & Flow*.
