Elizabeth M. Cosin, also credited as Elizabeth Cosin, is a television writer. She wrote the episode 'Day 2: 1:00pm-2:00pm' of the series *24* (2002) and served as executive story editor on Season 2. She contributed as writer, story editor and executive story editor to *Law & Order: Criminal Intent* (2001–2002) and wrote episodes of *Secret Agent Man* (2000) and *Buddy Faro* (1998).

Before working in television, Cosin was a journalist and sportswriter. She is the author of the Zen Moses mystery novels *Zen and the Art of Murder* (1998), *Zen and the City of Angels* (1999) and *Zen Justice* (2001). She was born in Ossining, New York, and studied journalism at Georgetown University.
