Elizabeth Russell (2 August 1916 – 4 May 2002) was an American actress. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she began as a model who acted part-time and appeared in several low-budget horror films produced by Val Lewton at RKO Pictures in the 1940s.

Her credits include *Cat People* (1942), *The Seventh Victim* (1943) as Mimi, *The Curse of the Cat People* (1944) as Barbara Farren, and *Bedlam* (1946) as Mistress Sims. She was also in *The Corpse Vanishes* (1942). Russell was a sister-in-law of actress Rosalind Russell.
