Elizabeth Thinnes is a production designer and art director working primarily in American television. She served as production designer on the sitcom *Brooklyn Nine-Nine* from 2014 to 2019 across 108 episodes.

Her other production design credits include *Happy Endings* (2011–2013, 36 episodes), *Enlisted* (2014, four episodes) and *Mr. Mayor* (2021, four episodes). She worked as art director on the film *Entourage* (2015) and earlier on the *Entourage* television series (2007–2011, 38 episodes), as well as on *Happy Endings* and one episode of *Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.* (2020). She received one award nomination.
