## Biography

Ellen Tam was an editor and assistant editor. She worked extensively as an assistant editor on *Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt* (2015–2017) and edited one episode of the series. On *Succession* (2018–2023), she served as assistant editor on the first two seasons and as editor on episodes from seasons one, two and four.

Tam had a long collaboration with editor Ken Eluto, beginning with *30 Rock* (2006–2013), where she worked as an assistant editor on over 130 episodes. She received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Drama Series for her work on *Succession*.

Tam died on 15 April 2023. The finale of *Succession* included a dedication to her.
