Ellis Dale (5 May 1930 – 14 October 1991) was an English actor born in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. He appeared in numerous films and television productions from the late 1960s until his death.

His film credits include the role of the English Doctor in *Pink Floyd: The Wall* (1982), an uncredited part in *Get Carter* (1971), an uncredited role in *if....* (1968), the Station Master in *Eye of the Needle* (1981) and the Chemist in *Sunday Bloody Sunday* (1971). On television he played Williamson in the 1984 series *Sherlock Holmes* and appeared in episodes of series including *The Bill*, *Boon* and *Lovejoy*.
