Elly Claus was a Belgian costume designer and actress. She worked as a costume designer on several Dutch films, including *Soldier of Orange* (1977) and *The 4th Man* (1983).

Born Elly Overzier on 25 November 1928 in Oostende, she appeared in films in the early 1950s under the name Elly Norden. She was married to the Flemish writer and director Hugo Claus from 1955 to 1987. Claus died on 26 December 2010.
