Elsa Tang Bik-Yin, also credited as Elsa Tang, Pik-yin Tang or 鄧碧燕, is a Hong Kong screenwriter. She worked primarily on martial arts and wuxia films in the early 1990s.

Her credits include co-writing *Once Upon a Time in China* (1991) with Tsui Hark and others, *Swordsman II* (1992), *The Bride with White Hair* (1993), *Iron Monkey* (1993), *Once Upon a Time in China IV* (1993) and *Wing Chun* (1994). She received a Golden Horse Award for best adapted screenplay for *The Bride with White Hair* (1993) and a nomination for *Swordsman II* (1992).
