Emile de Ruelle (1880–1948) was an American film editor who worked primarily in the British film industry during the late silent and early sound eras. He is credited as editor on several productions at British International Pictures, including Alfred Hitchcock's *The Manxman* (1929), *Blackmail* (1929) and *Juno and the Paycock* (1930), and as supervising film editor on *Murder!* (1930).

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, de Ruelle began in the industry with assistant director and production roles in the 1920s before concentrating on editing. His credits also include *Atlantic* (1929), *The Informer* (1929) and other British features of the period. He died in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California.
