Emile Santiago (21 February 1899 – 23 June 1995) was an American costume designer. She worked in film between 1952 and 1958.

Santiago shared the Academy Award for Best Costume Design – Colour for *The Robe* (1953) with Charles LeMaire. Her other credits include *Salome* (1953), *Strange Lady in Town* (1955) and *The Big Country* (1958). She studied at the Philadelphia Museum and School of Industrial Art and at UCLA.
