Emma Norton is a film and television producer associated with Element Pictures. She has held development and production roles at the company since the early 2010s, advancing to development producer.

She executive produced the television series *Normal People* (2020), *Conversations with Friends* (2022) and *The Dry* (2022–). Her feature film producing credits include *A Date for Mad Mary* (2016, executive producer), *Rosie* (2018), *The Souvenir: Part II* (2021), *The Eternal Daughter* (2022) and *Pillion* (2025). *Pillion* premiered in Un Certain Regard at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, where it won Best Screenplay.

Norton has received BAFTA nominations for her work on *Normal People* and *Pillion*.
