Erford Holmes Gage (5 April 1912 – 17 March 1945) was an American actor. Born in Northfield, Massachusetts, he began his career on the stage, appearing in Broadway productions including *Pygmalion* (1938), *Macbeth* (1941) and *They Walk Alone* (1941).

Gage moved into film work with RKO Pictures in the early 1940s. He is known for roles such as Jason Hoag in *The Seventh Victim* (1943), Dr. Schmidt in *Hitler's Children* (1943), a henchman in *Mr. Lucky* (1943) and the police captain in *The Curse of the Cat People* (1944).

In 1943 he enlisted in the United States Army and served as a staff sergeant in the 20th Infantry Regiment. He was killed in action during the Battle of Luzon in the Philippines.
