Eric Bell Jr. is an American voice actor. His first credited role was as the voice of Li'l Butler in the animated series *Steven Universe* (2015). He is also known for voicing the Triplets in the film *The Boss Baby* (2017) and the Netflix series *The Boss Baby: Back in Business* (2018–2020) and its sequels.

His other credits include voice work in *Pelé: Birth of a Legend* (2016) and uncredited or additional roles in live-action projects such as *Faith Under Fire* (2018), *A Wrinkle in Time* (2018) and *Troop Zero* (2019).
