## Biography

Eric Buchman is a television writer and producer. After completing an MFA, his first Hollywood position was on the ABC series *Grey's Anatomy*, where he worked in the writers' room for the show's first three seasons (2004–2007) as a writers' assistant and web coordinator, later receiving a writing credit on the episode 'Great Expectations' (2007).

He subsequently worked as a staff writer on the Lifetime series *Drop Dead Diva* (2013–2014). From 2015 to 2020 he served as a writer, story editor and staff writer on the NBC series *Blindspot*, later becoming a co-producer on the show. He has also written for the podcast series *The Signal* (2024).
