Eric Hooks is an American actor. He played Earl Morgan in the 1972 film *Sounder*.

He also appeared as Highpockets in the 1976 television film *Just an Old Sweet Song*. He is the son of actor Robert Hooks and the brother of actor and director Kevin Hooks.
