## Biography

Eric Schoonover is a production designer based in Portland, Oregon. He grew up in Kansas and moved to Los Angeles in 2000.

He is known for his work on the HBO series *Barry* (2018–2023), serving as art director on the first two seasons and production designer on later ones; he received two Emmy nominations in the category of Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Program (Half-Hour or Less). Other credits include production design on the Netflix series *Running Point* (2025) and the film *Keeping Company* (2021), as well as art direction on *Baskets* (2016–2018) and *Portlandia* (2013).
