Erica A. Watson is an American television director. She has directed episodes of numerous series, including two episodes of the Hulu miniseries *The Dropout* (2022).

She is from Detroit, Michigan, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Music from Wayne State University and an MFA in Film and TV Production from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. Watson co-founded the short film production company Hyphenation Nation Productions.
