Erica Oyama is an American television writer, producer and director. She created and wrote the comedy series *Burning Love* (2012). She has written for *Fresh Off the Boat* (2015) and served as co-executive producer on *Never Have I Ever* (2020).

Oyama has directed episodes of *Never Have I Ever* (2020) and *Running Point* (2025). She attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts and is married to actor and comedian Ken Marino.
