Erik Jessen is an American film and television editor, also credited as J. Erik Jessen or Juan Erik Jessen. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 1989 with a BA in Visual Arts. He began his career in story development at Universal Studios before moving into post-production, starting as an editorial assistant on *Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow* (2004).

Jessen has worked as first assistant editor on *Her* (2013) and assistant editor on *The Twilight Saga: Eclipse* (2010). He served as editor on *Holmes & Watson* (2018) and has edited episodes of *The Mandalorian* (2019–2023), for which he is also credited as associate editor on the related series *The Book of Boba Fett* (2021–2022).
