Erik Knudsen is a Canadian actor. He was born on 25 March 1988 in Toronto, Ontario.

Knudsen first gained attention for his main role as Donovan Mackay in the YTV series *Mental Block* (2003–2004). His breakthrough came with the starring role of Daniel Matthews in the horror film *Saw II* (2005). He later had a main role as Dale Turner in the CBS series *Jericho* (2006–2008) and as Alec Sadler in the science fiction series *Continuum* (2012–2015).

Among his film credits are supporting roles in *Scott Pilgrim vs. the World* (2010) and *Beastly* (2011), and the part of Robbie Mercer in *Scream 4* (2011).
