Erik Palladino is an American actor. He was born on 10 May 1968 in Yonkers, New York, and earned a B.A. in theatre from Marymount Manhattan College after joining a children's repertory company in New York as a teenager.

He is known for playing Dr Dave Malucci on the NBC series *ER* (1999–2001), Sergeant Chris 'Scream' Silas on the FX drama *Over There* (2005), and Frank on the Amazon series *The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel* (2018–2023). Other television credits include recurring roles on *NCIS: Los Angeles*, *Suits* and *Godfather of Harlem*. Film appearances include *U-571* (2000), *Can't Hardly Wait* (1998) and *Skincare* (2024).

Palladino has been cast in the 2026 films *Father Joe* and *I Play Rocky*.
