Eris Baker is an American actress. She was born on 4 August 2005 in Los Angeles, California.

Baker played Tess Pearson, the eldest daughter of Randall and Beth Pearson, in the NBC series *This Is Us* (2016–2022). She appeared in over 100 episodes as a series regular. With the cast, she won two Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.

She has also appeared in episodes of *K.C. Undercover* (2017–2018), *Alexa & Katie* (2018) and *Drunk History* (2018).
