Eszter Tompa is a Romanian actress. Born in 1984 in Târgu Mureș, she trained at the Athanor Academy of Performing Arts in Germany under David Esrig. In 2010 she co-founded the Munich-based theatre collective Institut für Glücksfindung.

Tompa made her screen debut in *My One and Onlies* (2006). She is known for her role as Dr. Viridana in *The Duke of Burgundy* (2014) and as Orsolya in *Kontinental '25* (2025). Other credits include *La banda Picasso* (2012) and *Without Air* (2023). She has worked in film, television and theatre across Romania, Hungary, Germany and Spain, and is fluent in seven languages.
