## Biography

Eve Stewart is a British production designer. Born in London in 1961, she began her career in theatre before moving into film. Her first film credit was as art director on Mike Leigh's *Naked* (1993).

She received an Academy Award nomination for Best Production Design for *Topsy-Turvy* (1999). Stewart has collaborated frequently with director Tom Hooper on projects including *Elizabeth I* (2005), *The King's Speech* (2010), *Les Misérables* (2012) and *The Danish Girl* (2015). Other credits include *Victor Frankenstein* (2015), *A Cure for Wellness* (2017), *Eternals* (2021), *Cats* (2019), *The First Omen* (2024), *Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire* (2024) and *Kraven the Hunter* (2024).

She has won a BAFTA Award for Best Production Design, an ADG Excellence in Production Design Award and a Creative Arts Emmy Award, and has been nominated four times for an Academy Award.
