## Biography

Evelin van Rei, also credited as Ann Evelin Lawford, is a Dutch cinematographer. She holds a first-class BA (Hons) from Cambridge School of Art and began her career as a camera trainee and clapper/loader before progressing to director of photography roles on shorts, documentaries and television.

She shot episodes of the Apple TV+ series *Bad Sisters* (2022), which won the BAFTA for Best Drama Series in 2023. Van Rei received the Angénieux Special Encouragement Award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2022 and is a full voting member of BAFTA and the Netherlands Society of Cinematographers (NSC). She is based in London and works on films, series and commercials.
