Fabio Pignatelli is an Italian musician and composer. Born on 30 October 1953 in Rome, he plays bass guitar and has worked extensively as a composer and arranger.

He is best known as a member of the progressive rock band Goblin, which provided the scores for several horror films directed by Dario Argento and others.
